Edwin brings 30 years of business and finance experience to Bayview Residential.

Having owned technology-focused marketing agencies in the Bay Area and Texas, and held senior management positions in technology companies, Edwin attributes his success to two characteristics: listening, and over-delivering. He brings this same fervor to mortgage brokerage, where he listens first, then provides advice that is unique to each client. He has expertise with VA, FHA, USDA Rural, and Reverse mortgages.

Born in Berkeley, Edwin and his wife Vera Sunada, DDS, live on the Sacramento River with their two daughters. Edwin is a competitive distance runner and USATF L1 coach, having successfully completed over 20 marathons and ultra-marathons across the United States. He is on his City's Planning Commission, is a member of Rotary International, and volunteers with numerous civic organizations. Edwin graduated from San Francisco State University with a BS in Business Administration.
